What the heck is Allulose?
Did you know Allulose is a rare sugar found in natural foods like figs and raisins? While it tastes like sugar, it’s not metabolized by the body and won’t raise your blood sugar. For these reasons, the FDA doesn’t require Allulose to be labelled as an added sugar.

My daughter Lulu has t1d and celiac disease. A lot of low carb brands use rice and tapioca starch to substitute wheat. These cookies have clean ingredients that are easy on my daughters blood sugar. I hope Sundays considers making other treats in the future, but for now Sundays is our official sandwich cookie dealer!
These are great cookies. I really enjoy the flavor and the texture. They're especially enjoyable dipped in milk, but they're also delicious on their own.
I have shared these cookies with several friends, and they enjoyed them even without knowing that they were sugar-free. When told they were sugar-free, they couldn't believe it.
The newest version is a significant improvement from the previous one. There is no longer any unpleasant aftertaste, there is no chalky texture, the flavor is sweeter and more satisfying, and the cookies seem fresher. So if you ordered the previous version and didn't love it, you should give Sundays another chance.
My son says these taste really great with milk.
So many snacks for keto have a funny taste and texture. These are great on both accounts. Buy buy buy
best i've ever had.
What are Sundays?
Sundays are the first ever zero sugar creme cookies. We spent over 2.5 years developing these cookies so that they would have no weird aftertaste and no weird texture. Just like the cookies you remember eating as a kid but made for the 2022 you, not the 1995 you.
Why did you make Sundays?
It's not 1995 anymore! We all have fond memories of eating these cookies as a kid. It was time to bring them back for all the health conscious/sugar conscious/keto/fitness/T1D folks out there that still love em but wouldn't touch em with a 10ft pole.
Do Sundays need to be refrigerated?
Nope. Sundays are shelf stable and have a 9 month shelf life from the date of manufacture.
How are Sundays sweetened?
We use a combination of Allulose and Monk Fruit.
Are Sundays really zero sugar?
Really, no. Due to natually occuring sugar found in several of our ingredients, Sundays contain a trivial amount of naturally occuring sugar. The actual amount is approximately .1g, or 1/10th of a gram, per cookie. Just keepin it real!
Are Sundays gluten-free?
Sundays are not certified gluten-free but they are made with 100% gluten-free ingredients.
Are Sundays dairy-free?
Sundays are not dairy free. We use Whey Protein Isolate, which is generally well tolerated with people who have lactose sensitivities. Whey Protein Isolate is considered to be almost entirely lacose free.
Are Sundays Kosher?
Yes. Sundays are certified Kosher Dairy.
What are net carbs?
Net carbs are the carbs that are left over that your body will either use as energy or store as fat. Neither fiber nor allulose is metabolized by the body so both are deducted from total carbohydrates to arrive at net carbs.
Where will Sundays ship to?
We are currently only shipping to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
